Kale Chips
Time: 20 minutes Servings: 1
Ingredients
1 head of kale
3 tbsp of olive or avocado oil
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash your kale thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
Rip your kale off of the stem and break the leaves into potato-chip-sized pieces.
Spread your kale chips out in an even layer (try not to overlap) on a baking sheet lined with foil (or greased).
Drizzle your olive/avocado oil on top and sprinkle your salt, pepper and garlic powder on top as well.
Toss your kale chips on the pan with your hands so each piece is decently coated with the oil and seasonings.
Place your chips in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
Enjoy!
