Dreamy Moon Milk

Ingredients

8 oz of milk (plant-based or dairy)

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp black pepper

Toppings

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Notes

You can add calming herbs and supplements to moon milk for increased calming effect such as Ashwagandha, Magnesium and Shatavari

Directions

  1. Pour your milk into a small sauce pan and begin to heat on a medium heat.

  2. Add in your honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric, black pepper and optional calming herbs/supplements.

  3. Begin to stir your moon milk until all ingredients are mixed in well.

  4. Once your moon milk begins to steam but not boil, cut the heat.

  5. Transfer your moon milk to a heat-safe mug and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon.

  6. Enjoy!
